Program of the International Conference “Psychotherapeutic aspects of mental health” is unveiled

The contemporary history is characterized by the growth of tension around the major epochal challenges – social, biological, ideological, evolutional, which affect the quality of mental health. In these circumstances, psychotherapy, which went beyond medicine in some countries, beyond psychology in other countries, and today is an independent scientific and practical discipline, acquires special importance. Modern psychotherapy is ready to cooperate with psychiatry, psychology, narcology, neurology and other related disciplines, to respond in the most effective way to the social inquiry in mental health care.
On the second Congress day – 8 October, 2016 – International Conference “Psychotherapeutic Aspects of Mental Health” will be delivered under the Congress on Mental Health: Meeting the Needs of the XXI Century.
The Conference is aimed at discussing national models of psychotherapy and its role in achieving high levels of individual and social mental health.

The organizer of the Conference is Russian Professional Psychotherapeutic League (RPPL), World Council for Psychotherapy (WCP), Asian Federation for Psychotherapy (AFP).
