The opening ceremony of the XVI European Congress of Psychology was held yesterday at the State Kremlin Palace

PalaceThe European psychological Congress gathers for the sixteenth time. It is the first time when it gathers in Moscow. The President of the Russian Psychological Society Yuri Zinchenko made an official speech, also the guests were congratulated by cosmonaut Alexey Ovchinnikov from space orbit.
