A regular meeting of the Organizing Committee of the Congress on Mental Health: Meeting the Needs of the XXI Century was held
A regular meeting of the Organizing Committee of the Congress on Mental Health: Meeting the Needs of the XXI Century was held on February 15, 2016 in the Union for Mental Health office. The meeting was chaired by I.N.Kagramanyan, First Deputy Minister of Health of Russia.
The participants included N.V.Treushnikova, President of the Union for Mental Health of Russia; S.P.Evseev, Director, Department of science and education of the Ministry of Sport of Russia; V.V.Makarov, President of the Russian professional psychotherapeutic league & Vice-President of the World Council for Psychotherapy; P.V.Morozov, Vice-President of the Russian Society of Psychiatrists & Board member and Zonal representative of the World Psychiatric Association for Eastern Europe; V.N.Shabalin, President of the Russian Assoiation of Gerontologists, and other leaders of both governmental and non-governmental organizations delivering services in the mental health relating fields in Russia. Participants submitted progress reports concerning the Event organization and defined workplan for future joint activities.
