Russian Organizing Committee of the III Congress on Mental Health: Meeting the Needs of the XXI Century
The first meeting of the Russian Organizing Committee for the preparation of the III Congress on Mental Health: Meeting the Needs of the XXI Century was held on May 28.
The III Congress on Mental Health: Meeting the Needs of the XXI Century aims to create favorable conditions for preserving and enhancing child and adolescent personal mental health, necessary for the healthy development of families, society and the future of human civilization.
The Congress was granted support on behalf the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of High School Education of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Sport of the Russian Federation, and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.
Members of the Russian Organizing Committee discussed the concept of the Congress and the Workplan, exchanged views on the problematic issues of mental health of children and adolescents, as well as recommendations for their solution.
