V FESTIVAL OF REHABILITATION PROGRAMS FOR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS

FESTIVAL OF REHABILITATION PROGRAMS FOR PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS is an annual project of the Union for Mental Health of Russia aimed at improving health and quality of life of people suffering from mental disorders through the development of the community-based system of rehabilitation services.
The V Festival of Rehabilitation Programs for People with Mental Health Needs traditionally will take place on 9 October 2019 – on the eve of the World Mental Health Day. More than 300 medical and non-medical specialists concerned with mental health and well-being of people suffering from mental disorders, consumers of services with relevant life experience and their family members; representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations; political and public figures; and media from 14 regions of the Volga Federal District will come to Kazan to present practices and innovations in the fields of rehabilitation of mental and developmental disorders in children, adolescent and adults in Russia.
