Chief Psychiatrist of Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Prof. Zurab I. Kekelidze, will touch on a topic: “Mental Health in Russia”

Prof. Zurab I.Kekelidze, Chief Psychiatrist of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Director General of the V. Serbsky Federal Medical Research Centre for Psychiatry and Narcology, a member of the Organizing Committee, on the first Congress day – 7 October, 2016 – at the Panel Session «Investing in Mental Health through Interdisciplinary and Intersectoral Dialogue» – will give a speech on Mental Health in Russia.
On 8 October, 2016 he will be a moderate and one of the key speakers at the International Conference “Mental Health: National Strategies” to be conducted on in the frame of the Congress.

Prof. Zurab I.Kekelidze, Chief Psychiatrist of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, Director General of the V. Serbsky Federal Medical Research Centre for Psychiatry and Narcology, Vice-President of Russian Society of Psychiatrists, Doctor of Medical Science, Professor, He has authored over 130 scientific publications in psychiatry, 16 monographs.
Prof. Zurab I. Kekelidze was awarded of the Medal for Merit and Justice Department Awards Medal, the “Recognition” laureate nominated as “For the development of a new direction in medicine” and “Special Prize for doctors, imminent danger pay and disaster control”
