Master-class: Handmade New Year cards
Today under the course of the rehabilitation programs at the premises of Autonomous Public Health Care Institution of the Moscow Region “Mental Health Facility No.22”, Nina Petrovskaya, Head of project “Workshop of social&creative inclusion “Sunduk (Cassone)”, partner of the Union of Mental Health, held a master-class: a New Year card creation.
At the very beginning the participants went off on a journay to the mysterious world of the French, German, Chinese and Russian cards, knew about the lost techniques of their production. Then, armed with knowledge and the needed materials: large and small beads, shiny stars, circles, stripes, colored ribbons, colored paper, spray, colorful napkins, scissors with different blade shadows, dug into the creative atmosphere and process itself!
Despite we couldn’t manage to find the answers, where and when the first card was made, we didn’t desponded, in the end, each of us had a unique card which for sure will reach the closest and the dearest one!
