World Autism Awareness Day was held on April 2

On April 2, various countries held charity events dedicated to World Autism Awareness Day.
This day was established by the resolution of the United Nations General Assembly on December 18, 2007 in connection with the concern of the world community about a large number of children suffering from autism.

UN Secretary-General António Guterres issued a traditional message for the occasion of the event.
