VASILIY VAKULENKO/BASTA, RUSSIAN RAPPER, COMPOSER, A MEMBER OF THE CONGRESS ORGANIZING COMMITTEE, WITH WELCOME SPEECH TO THE CONGRESS PARTICIPANTS

Vasiliy Vakulenko (Basta), Russian rapper, composer, a member of the Congress Organizing Committee, with welcome speech to the Congress participants.
“In today’s world there are many factors that have an impact on our life and in turn can make it happy or unhappy. Day by day we are gaining victories and, increasingly, they are related to the ability to care for yourself. Being mentally stable no matter the various life situations, being able to pace yourself at just the right time and being able to deal with stress and to take the heat – is tough and by all means, a great challenge but potentially also a very useful self enhancement process. Only mental health, which is the state we often underestimate, is at the heart of sustaining a happy life”.
