We are part of the International Day of Sport for Development and Peace!

International Day for Development and Peace. Peace and Sport Initiative

The WhiteCard Campaign dedicated to celebration of the International Day for Development and Peace was held by the Union for Mental Health of Russia in cooperation with the patients of the Mental Hospital and students of the Mariana Rotsha Colledge, and the Moscow University named after Vitte on 6 April 2016 in Moscow, Russia.
We consider it critical to highlight the importance of sport in the health maintenance including such areas as prevention programs for youth, adaptive physical activities for people with mental disabilities including athletes. We hope that our activities will lead to a successful experience for the entire international sports community dedicated to increase knowledge and skills necessary for contributing to community mental health.
