“vMeste” for High School Graduates 2020
Graduating from high school is a time of excitement and adventure for young people, but also a time filled with uncertainty. It is natural that a stressful and unsettling situation like the COVID-19 outbreak has an additional negative impact on their emotional conditions.
The “vMeste” project offers knowledge and skills for how to cope with anxiety for graduates and their parents, school psychologists and teachers during a forced isolation: http://vmesteproject.ru/koronavirus/
