“The First Congress on Mental Health: Meeting the Needs of the XXI Century held in Moscow in October 2016 was a wonderful enrichening encounter between experts, researchers and public.

The second congress will be an opportunity to prolong our exchanges on this essential subject – Education which was defined as the source of sanity or trigger disorders in Mental Health if misused.

Philosophy, psychotherapy, psychology, psychiatry all have the same goal: how to help a larger number of people to attain peace and harmony within themselves both in their personal and professional lives.

All these disciplines will be represented during this congress.

Many thanks to the organizers for having once again set up this venue and allowing us, professionals, students and participants to contribute to a commune creation towards psychological world growth, evolution and excellence”.
