Dr. Veerle Miranda is Policy Analyst at the OECD Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs, will be one of the key speakers at the International Conference “Mental Health in the Workplace” to be conducted on 8 October, 2016 in the frame of the Congress on Mental Health: Meeting the Needs of the XXI Century.
The title of Dr. Veerle Miranda’s speech is «Integrated Mental Health, Skills and Work Policies».

About Dr. Veerle Miranda
 
Veerle Miranda is Belgian and holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the Catholic University of Leuven. She has written on a wide range of labour market and social policy issues, and specialised in the past couple of years in mental health and work issues. Veerle (co-)authored the books Fit Mind, Fit Job: From evidence to practice in mental health and work (2015) and Sick on the Job? Myths and Realities about Mental Health and Work (2012), as well as the country reports on mental health and work in Belgium (2013), Switzerland (2014), Netherlands (2014) and Australia (2015).
