MENTAL HEALTH AND EDUCATION: EXPERT OPINION STATEMENT
“Education is key to moving forward in life. One can have intelligence, good will, passion about the subject, but without acquiring at least the foundations of knowledge the next step in development is impossible. However, it is useless to absorb knowledge mechanically, without desire, that way a student is like «a bird without wings» (Saadi).
Even the ancients said, “The mind is not a vessel to be filled, but a fire to be kindled”. Soul-healing people must constantly improve their skills, holding onto high humanitarian values and using the most advanced achievements of science.”
